Jorge is an accomplished banking consultant with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is known for always striving to deliver quality service, problem-solving capabilities and knowledge of banking products. With this knowledge he has spent the last 10 years coaching financial advisors (FAs) to enhance the overall client experience. Jorge does this by helping FAs and their clients have a better understanding of how to manage their liabilities and credit needs.

As a banking consultant with Private Client Banking, Jorge provides a variety of lending and cash management solutions, including securities based lending, mortgages and structured lending, to meet our clients’ individual needs.

Jorge joined Raymond James Bank in August 2022. Prior to joining Raymond James Bank, Jorge was a productivity consultant with Wells Fargo Advisors where he coached FAs on investment management and liability management.

Originally from Colombia, Jorge attended business school at Universidad Del Norte. He currently resides in Weston, Florida, and loves spending time with his wife, Angelika, and their three sons.
